Nancy Matimu is a high performing transformational and commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience in leading and driving growth. She has transformed businesses through technological and digital innovations that have led to expansion and penetration of new markets. Nancy has leveraged on capacity building in brand insight-led products and service development as well as commercial and operational excellence. She has over the time built the capability to collaborate with and inspire teams to deliver extra-ordinary results, transform organizations and impact society positively with scale to grow balance sheet and P&L (income statement) positions with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Nancy currently serve as the Managing Director Multi Choice Kenya, the undisputed no.1 in video entertainment in Kenya beyond pay tv; positioning the brand as the superior platform of choice in direct to home (DStv), digital terrestrial tv (GOtv) and OTT video on demand (DStv Now and Showmax). She previously served as Vice President Mastercard Sub Saharan Africa Market Development.
