Dr. Bunyasi serves as the Chief Principal in the newly established KCA Technical College where her roles are to create a vibrant TVET institution with market driven technical courses, seek for partnerships to support in delivering this goal, recruit students and faculty. Above all to offer entrepreneurial training to all students to support the big 4 Agenda.
Before this she was the dean in charge of professional programmes and regionals campuses, and earlier on dean of students.
Her research areas are in supporting entrepreneurship ( SMEs) growth through access to finances, information and innovation, social entrepreneurship, Succession planning in SMEs and role of CBET in entrepreneurship growth. She has supervised Undergraduate and Masters students in finance, accounting and entrepreneurship and published in renowned journals. She has also presented in various professional conferences and seminars as a speaker and a panelist. She has also developed modules for distance learning and participated in curriculum development.
She has served as an external examiner in various colleges and a consultant in training government officers.
