Currently coordinating Enterprise Risk Management in Higher Learning Institution. A business leader with a great track record in strategy development, Implementation and execution of Fraud Risk business solutions, systems and policies across Africa with a summative 21 years leadership experience in Banking, Management, Operations, Business Audit, Risk & Change Management, 5 years of global experience, leading & embedding strategic control programs in 12 African Countries for a global bank.

Description about the Office

Responsible for monitoring the Implementation of the University’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework and recommending improvements where necessary as well as facilitation and coordination of Risk Management activities across the University.

Mandates of the Office

• Coordinate risk management activities within the University.
• Facilitate and coordinate the development of risk registers and conduct risk workshops.
• Identify training needs and facilitate risk management trainings.
• Collate, analyze and report on risks and responses across the University, and review the efficacy of the risk management policy.
• Keep the risk manamegent Framework up to date in line with the established revision timelines.
• Oversee the implementation of the risk management framework and enhance the risk culture within the University at all levels.
• Advise the University on Risk Management matters.
