  • TERMS AND CONDITONS

    1. Cooking in the rooms or bringing food from outside or carrying food into the rooms NOT permitted except when one is unwell and cannot go to the dining hall.
    2. All residents are requested to make adequate arrangements to ensure appropriate medical expenses in the event of illness.
    3. The dining hall is a designated quiet study area. All residents are expected to leave the hall after meals to allow for quiet study. Meetings or discussions or idle chatting are NOT allowed inside.
    4. VisitorsNOT allowed beyond the gate or the rooms where special permission or exception has been granted.
    5. We are a drugs free, smoking free and alcohol free zone.We expect responsible use of the WIFI, electricity and water.
    6. Students residing in our facility are expected to notify their parents or guardians when they spend the night out at college organized functions, visiting friends or religious whole night vigils.
    7. Entry into a room not allocated to oneself is NOT allowed .

    Our facility is secured by a high perimeter wall and monitored using CCTV cameras. We have installed solar powered shower water heating system.
