All new students are required to complete their registration before the reporting date, by filling the online application. Ensure that you have provided all required information.

Please follow the guide below on how to complete the registration process:

1. Print and fill the GSS Application Package to be submitted on reporting date as indicated on your offer letter
2. Sign up on the Online Application Portal
3. Fill the Online Application » form and upload scanned copies of the following:
• National ID or Birth Certificate
• KCSE Result Slip
• Passport Size Photo

Note: You will be required to present physical copies of the GSS Application Package as well as original and copies of your KCSE Result Slip and National ID or Birth Certificate on reporting

Would you like to change to a different degree from what you were admitted into?

• Step 1: Confirm that your preferred course is available here.
• Step 2: Confirm your admission by filling and returning the forms in the admission package to the admissions office at any of our four campuses: Ruaraka Main,Western-Kisumu , Kitengela and Town Campus Nairobi on the reporting date as indicated in your offer letter.
• Step 3: Fill in a Change of Programme form and get approvals from the respective departments.
