Dr. Manu Chandaria, chairperson of Chandaria Foundation paid a courtesy call to the VC & CEO of KCA University Prof. Isaiah Wakindiki in a meeting pivoted on the shared commitment to advancing education, fostering innovation, and nurturing job creators.
At the heart of this collaboration is a generous 20 million donation made by Dr. Chandaria during the launch of the KCA University Foundation at Nairobi Serena Hotel on November 10th, 2023.
Dr. Chandaria was accompanied by Kaushik Shah, a trustee at The Chandaria Foundation who together with other members of the University management discussed the establishment of a proposed Centre of Innovation and Incubation at the University. Chandaria Foundation’s resolve to collaborate and support the KCA University Foundation aligns with the vision to be an innovation-driven globally competitive business and technology university promoting integrity, diversity and teamwork.

A ground-breaking ceremony for the proposed Chandaria Business Innovation and Incubation Centre at KCA University’s academic complex is slated for January 2024. This state-of-the-art centre is poised to become a hub of innovation, providing students with a platform to transform their ideas into viable businesses.
