The Data Protection Act 2019 gives individuals (data subjects) a number of rights regarding their personal data including:

Right to access personal dataDownload

Right to object to processingDownload

We will in most cases process your rights requests free of charge and respond to them within 30 calendar days. A longer period and a fee may result if a request is particularly complex. In certain circumstances these rights will not apply to personal data for which the University acts as data controller. We may ask you for additional information to help process your request.
