Where the self-service systems are not helpful, the requests should be made in writing by filling the relevant Data Subject Rights Form and sending it to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@kcau.ac.ke
This form will be assessed by the University’s Data Protection Officer, who may refer a data subject to the self-service information.
The Data Protection Officer will seek to verify the data subject’s identity using following forms of identification:

If the data subject cannot produce satisfactory identification, the request will be rejected.
