Course Overview
The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) course is designed to equip individuals with the competencies and knowledge required by human resource professionals for effective job performance in both public and private sectors. It reflects the employers’ demand for qualified personnel to manage the human resource function in a dynamic and competitive environment. The CHRP course is divided into three Parts CHRP I, CHRP II and CHRP III and takes 4 years, however, students who have graduated are eligible for exemptions up to 49% in accordance with the exemptions policy of HRMPEB.
Entry Qualifications
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C+ and above
- A Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized examining body
- A Bachelors degree from a recognized University
- Equivalent qualifications as determined by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA)
