As required by the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, KCA University as a Data Controller uses the following data protection consent forms to obtain consent from data subjects (students, staff, and other stakeholders) to process their personal and sensitive data:

By completing the consent form, you (data subject) give your permission for the university to process your personal and sensitive data in accordance with the purpose terms of the consent form. Therefore, you should carefully read and understand the consent form before completing it. You should also be aware of your rights under data protection law, such as the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. As a Data Subject, it is also within your right to withdraw your consent at anytime.
